Perform clerical and administrative tasks

  • Receives incoming communication or memos ,reviews contents,determine importance and summarize contents
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely Proficient with Microsoft word,Excel and power point presentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration ,clerical procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • With valid Qatar QID
  • Immediately joining
  • Bilingual Language Speaker preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
QAR8, QAR12,000.00 per month
