Fill up the Call Handling Script for all requests received through phone and file it properly after the notification sent out.
- Experience and Knowledge in Concept Evolution system.
- Registering work requests into the CAFM.
- Closing of work requests in CAFM system.
- Issuance of PPM Job Cards.
- Closing of PPM Jobs into CAFM system.
- Prepare weekly reports covering all the work requests and PPM tasks update.
