    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our service profile, features, and specifications to effectively to present and promote our services to potential customer.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales target and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
    • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
    • Utilize effective sales strategies, techniques, and persuasive communication skills to drive revenue growth.
    • identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential with existing customers.
    • Collaborate with the service manager and finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of service orders, contracts and invoices.
    • Proactively engage with prospective customers, both in person and through other channels to generate leads and establish rapport.
    • Conduct needs assessments and actively listen to customers to identify their preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
    • Provide expert advise and guidance to customers, showcasing the benefits and features of different services, products, and brands to match their needs.
    • Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring the fulfillment of customer expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
    • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of competitors products, pricing, and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
    • Follow up potential customers to answer questions, provide additional information and address any concerns or objections.
    • Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, update information, and track sales activities and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the Service Manager and General Manager, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
    • Participate in sales and service training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Provide feedback to the service manager and product development teams on customer preferences, market trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
    • Promoting diesel services through visiting diesel operated business establishments, and accordingly generate business flow and revenue.
    • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department.

    • In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent command of soft skills and a deep understanding of sales values and principles.
    • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
    • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
    • Preferably fluent in Arabic and has a driving license
