The successful candidate will be an individual of proven senior leadership ability and a strategic thinker and will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional financial acumen and robust commercial judgement will be essential, as will an ability to establish highly effective, collaborative working relationships with the Headmaster, Governors and colleagues at all levels.

Although prior education experience would be of benefit, it is not essential, and applications are welcomed from candidates with commercial, charitable, and private-sector backgrounds.
