ACCOUNTANT Job Description

Our company is looking for a qualified accountant to streamline the flow of business operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
  • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
  • Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
  • Represent company before Banks, Financial institutes, or any government entity as and when required
  • Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location
  • Negotiating and building a good relationship with all our vendors/suppliers
  • Preparing the salaries and keeping track of all employees' financialrelated details
  • Maintain uptodate accounts book as per company policies and standards
  • To continually check the accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • To Assist in Logistics and Procurement Operations with the Executive Director of the Company
  • Preparation of costings for quotations with the purpose of analyzing profitability
  • Establishing proper operational documents, such as Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders, Material Receipts, and such

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's/degree Master's or equivalent qualification
  • Strong English Verbal and Written Communication
  • Arabic Communication is a plus

Salary:
QAR3, QAR3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
