    To grow and be successful in this role youwill ideally bring the followingOverall experience of 10 years withrelevant experience in Business Analyst & Analyst Lead for6 to 8 years and with focus on

    User customerregistrations, onboarding ,knowledge on access process forInstitutional customersAbility to analyse Customer Onboarding andRegistration requirements,

    derive data definitionand processing requirement and define data mappingAbility to workwith people from different cultural backgrounds, skills sets andgeographical location

    .Experience working in anagile environment, at scale (5-8 years) with role of scrum masterusing tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Experienced with complexplatform-based technology stacksDemonstrated competency to deliverbusiness outcomes of the variousinitiatives

    Strong knowledge and understanding ofbusiness needs and technology domainAbility to build and maintaincurrent state awareness, relationships and connections across thetechnology landscape,

    using this to help tribesand squads to connect effectively with partnering teams andspecialist subject matter experts from across the organisation tohelp optimise solution thinking anddelivery.

    Ability to inform businessprioritisation decisions while establishing and maintaining a highlevel of customer trust and confidenceAbility to improve onexisting processes to allow for improved delivery by influencingsquad engineering practicesBe able to apply engineering principlesand tools to effectively provision and co-ordinate complexinterdependenciesAbility to develop and agree value for changeinitiatives and track value throughexecution
