• Adopt and implement best industrypractices for HSE
• Influence customers and/ororganizational leadership to accomplish operationalobjectives
• Communicate with and advise seniormanagement on issues and concerns relating to projects and siteoperations requiring HSE support andguidance
• Communicates, presents or justifiesoverall HSE performance to management asnecessary
• Provide advisory support to TechnicalServices and Customer Services teams for the provision of products,and spent product reclamation activities on a globalbasis
