Job description
Functional Responsibilities
-
Execute annual marketing plan digital and outdoor advertising for each business unit in line with the business plan including the promotional activities, ATL/BTL activities, customer management etc.
- Follow up in digital and social media and report periodically on performance and updates required.
- Participate in recommending and executing effective media that produce strong presence of our brands and leverage the image.
- Briefing agencies on various projects and explain the company's main objectives from advertisement.
- Initiate crosspromotion with strategic partners as well as major brands in the industry, that help us further developing our brand awareness in the market and reduce spending.
- Follow up on marketing tactics to help deliver the desired results & building top of mind awareness of Al Jassim brands.
- Monitor, evaluate and report sales activities and performance in general and for specific promotions.
- Confirm the best use and right place for POP materials.
- Conduct regular meetings with managers and crew, to align/share promotions mechanics/marketing initiatives and tactics for better delivery and achieving desired results.
- Produce media analysis report and collecting different supplier information to assure best rates and quality.
- Produce the customer survey/reports/ to insure customer's satisfaction
- Mystery Shopper
- Communicate promotions/campaigns and tactics well in advance with the operation and supply chain team to ensure sufficient stocks at all time.
- Produce various kinds of marketing reports as required for the business that help in monitoring the business performance.
- Engaged in PR functions that enable organization to promote its brands & get publicity mileage.
- Ensure following policies, procedures& processes necessary to run the department efficiently.
- Execute researches focusing on market base, our share, competitor's activities, pricing, and other domain areas as required by the businesses.
- Maintain healthy business relations with internal customers (HODs, operations, staff etc.) & external customers (media, business partners, advertising agencies, related govt. authorities, suppliers & principals etc.)
- Executing internal communication Newsletter and responsible for updating websites.
Experience:
- F&B Marketing: 5 years (required)
- Branding: 5 years (required)
Salary:
Up to QAR10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- F&B Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
