    Job Title: Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities by negotiating contracts, proposals, and partnerships. Develop effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
    2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets aligned with our objectives.
    3. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and emerging trends. Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies for growth.
    4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for business development activities. Forecast revenue and expenses to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
    5. C-Suite Experience: Possess experience in dealing with C-suite employees and pitching sales effectively.

    Qualifications

    1. A proven track record in business development and B2B sales, with at least managerial experience.
    2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    3. A deep understanding of market analysis, business trends, and customer behaviors.
    4. Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Industry/Domain: Business Advisory, Auditing & Accounting Advisory, Corporate Advisory

    Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing or related field

    Experience: Minimum 5+ years post qualification in Qatar

    Additional Skills: Proficiency in Arabic will be an added advantage.
