Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.

  • Establishing relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
  • Recruiting and developing B2B relationship with IT Segment in UAE.
  • Keeping full engagement with Cisco Partners business managers' Team.
  • Achieving assigned quota for Cisco products and services.
  • Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all partners.
  • Conducting weekly engagements with Cisco Account Managers on priorities and ensuring complete alignment with the Cisco GTM strategy.
  • Ensuring maximum breadth coverage and endtoend relationship on deals.
  • Enabling sales representatives within partners.
  • Remaining updated with current technologies on Networking (not limited to Cisco).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Bachelor's in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 12 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level will considered as an added advantage).
  • Very good knowledge of the UAE IT market.
  • UAE driver's license is mandatory.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
  • Very good command of MS Office.
  • Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota.
  • Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
  • Ability to recruit new partners.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management.
