    Jobdescription:

    A deliverycoordinator is responsible for managing the distribution anddelivery schedules and ensuring that the items for delivery arethoroughly inspected for quality. Delivery coordinators reviewcustomer orders multiple times to prevent distribution delays andpossible complaints. They also reach out to the customers fordelivery confirmation and list other instructions and adjustmentsas needed. A delivery coordinator handles the customers' inquiriesand concerns, processes replacement orders, and resolve orderdisputes timely and efficiently.

    Tasks:
    1. Contactcustomers to confirm delivery date and address and solving problemsand respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns fromcustomers.
    2. Track the status of product deliveries andresolve any issues promptly.
    3. Monitor performancestandards and targets to provide a consistently high level ofservice to the business and our customers.
    4. Carry outquality checks to ensure quality standards aremaintained.
    5. Maintain accurate timely and detailedrecords including input to the central database facility.

    • Provide support in pick-up anddelivery of products according to customerorders

    Requirement:
