    Job Title: SCM Senior Contract Specialist

    Job Description:

    The Contract Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of post-tender processes in the company. This includes overseeing the preparation and submission of contractual documents, managing contract negotiations, ensuring to have all attachments to the contract in place, compliance with established procedures, and maintaining accurate records throughout the contract lifecycle through the ERP system.

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    Ensure that all contract deliverables are met on time. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all contracts and related documents. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements in a timely manner. Manage the preparation and submission of contractual documents including the scope of work, work package, annexes, performance bond, drawings, and attachments when applicable. In accordance with the established timelines and requirements. Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring that terms and conditions are justified to company and align with the organization's strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including legal and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents, including contract terms, pricing, amendments, and correspondence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure that contract deliverables, such as service levels, milestones, and pricing, are met. Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements, such as non-compliance, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance issues. Monitor contract performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to contract terms and identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, including interpretation of contract terms and resolution of contract-related issues. Ensure to stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to contract management and procurement. Collaborate with vendors to resolve contractual disputes, if any and foster strong and productive supplier relationships.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    Bachelor's degree in business administrations from reputed university. 5 years relevant and in-depth procurement & supply chain experience, preferably with exposure to the commercial industry. Must have contract management experience, particularly in generating value and driving efficiency with category & Project management experience. ERP experience on procurement Module with an ability to prepare strategies / roadmaps with experience in managing tenders is desirable. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with expertise in reporting is preferable.
