Management consultancy

Main responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing the internal regulations related to the administrative aspects of the administration in accordance with the Qatari law and regulations.
  • Providing initiatives and professional consultancies to develop the management methods used related to the administration
  • Correspondence procedures and archiving in a way that facilitates preservation and reference.
  • Provide appropriate solutions for the transformation and digitalization in coordination with the competent authorities in the Ministry.
  • Followup procedures related to the implementation of management decisions related to the administration.
  • Contribute to raising the efficiency of the specialized staff

Required Experience and Job Requirements:


  • Academic Qualifications: Holder of a university degree in management field.
  • Holder of a professional certificate in the field of work.
  • Required experience: from 10 to 15 years.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

المسئوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد ومراجعة اللوائح الداخلية المتعلقة بالجوانب الإدارية بالإدارة بما يتوافق والقوانين
والنظم المتبعة بالدولة.
- تقديم المبادرات والاستشارات المهنية لتطوير الأساليب الإدارية المتبعة بالإدارة والمتعلقة
بإجراءات المخاطبات وحفظ المستندات بما يسهل المحافظة والرجوع إليها.
- تقديم الحلول المناسبة للانئقال إلى إتباع النظم إلكترونية في عمل الإدارة بالتنسيق مع جهات الاختصاص بالوزارة.
- متابعة الإجراءات المتعلقة بتنفيذ القرارات الإدارية المتعلقة بالإدارة.
- المساهمة في رفع كفاءة الموظفين المختصين.


الخبرات والمتطلبات الوظيفية المطلوبة:

- المؤهلات الأكاديمية: الحصول على درجة جامعية في مجال الإدارة.
- الحصول على شهادة مهنية في مجال العمل.
- الخبرة المطلوبة: من 10 إلى 15 سنة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- الاستخدام المتقدم لتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسيل ووورد وباوربوينت وأوت لوك).
