HSE Requirements Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties thatmay have the potential of risk to your health or safety.

Specific JobKnowledge, Skill and Ability The individual must possess thefollowing knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explainand demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functionsof the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Performs basic tasks including painting, clean facilities andmanaging maintenance repairs.
• Detects and reports theneed for major maintenance repairs
• Regularly checkscommunity spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failureand breakdowns.
• Responds to guests'maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Repairs plumbing, electrical and safety systems.
• Maintains the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lotsand sidewalks
• Performs maintenance activities in hotelpublic areas
• Monitors fire alarm/ life safety system asnecessary
• Maintains maintenance inventory andrequisition parts and supplies as needed
• Carry out allworks as per the country technical regulations and safetystandards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by thesupervisor.
• Follow hazardous Material management programprocedures for handling and disposing of chemicals etc. usingmaterial safety data sheets.
• Identify and correct unsafework procedures or conditions and/or report them to Shift incharge.
• Follow policies and procedures for the safeoperation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines.
• Emergencies – To be available for any emergencies and actin a professional manner to protect our Guests, Staffs and preservethe Hotel Property and its system. Follow Hotel Emergency plan.
• To complete the personal daily job record, time bookaccurately, and keep ready for inspection
• Ensure uniformand personal appearances are clean and professional maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information and protect companyassets Qualifications
• Any combination of education andexperience equivalent to graduation from high school or any othercombination of education, training or experience that provides therequired knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform theduties of the position.
• At least 3 years'experience in maintenance & repair, construction or similarwork
• Knowledge of construction, plumbing and electricalAdditional Information The hotel reserves the right to revise alljob descriptions from time to time as business needs demand.
