- Manage all phases of projects:initiation, planning, execution, monitoring,closure
- Partner with teams cross functionallyto promote seamless integration of new technologies within a mixedcomputing environment
- Coordinate delivery ofdevelopment (beta) and production releases that meet qualityassurance standards
- Assist team throughregressions testing and lead effort to identify potential impactsand bugs, including risk management and mitigationefforts
- Facilitate decision-making, arbitrateimpasses, remove barriers and ultimately drive projects tocompletion
- Closely monitor implementations,track deployment issues and formulate fallbackstrategies
- Recognize and address shifts inproject complexity, scope and risks
- Ensureproject risks are managed and communicate risks and implications tomanagement as appropriate
- Analyze feasibilityand cost of technology deployments to lead the team to go/no-godecisions
- Work with team to identify andexecute cost savings opportunities
- Setsdirection and communicates a clear vision of the projects andmotivates the project team to achievethem.
- Coordinates with IT departments to ensurethat appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of the workefforts are aligned to produce the desired result according to theproject schedule
- Builds a strong relationshipwith the business owner and key stakeholders of the project,ensures that the project is aligned with customer expectations, andfacilitates project decision making
