We are Swan Global looking for Senior Storekeeper position for Doha Location.

Job Type:
Permeant

Project Duration : 3 Yrs


Salary: 9000 QAR + Other Benefits

Experience:
Min 4 Yrs experience in Medical Field

Working Hrs: 8 hrs / 5 Days

Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent


Major Responsibility:


  • Responsible for receiving inspecting and handling all inbound and outbound medical consumables materials as per the company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, expiry dates, lots, specifications, and condition of the materials received from Vendors /Supplier to be aligned with LPO.
  • Coordinating with logistics and SCM team with regards to the materials issues (i.e damage, short shelf life, wrong products/ quantity and etc.)
  • Investigate and report stock damage, discrepancies and loss of materials, NCR etc.
  • Preparing reports on a daily basis to the logistics team regards to all the inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Recording and maintaining all the records of inbound and about into the system.

Experience & Knowledge Requirement:


  • Minimum 3 yrs cognate experience in receiving, storing and issuing a variety of materials (medical Consumables),supplies, and equipment in the medical warehouse.
  • Computer savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
  • With GCC experience
