- Map out annual training plans formanagement, HR, customer support andmore
- Design and develop training programs(outsourced and/or in-house)
- Select appropriatetraining methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring,on-the-job training, professional developmentclasses)
- Market available training to employeesand provide necessary information aboutsessions
- Conduct organization-wide trainingneeds assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need tobe addressed
