• Assist Line Management to identifytraining needs and develop and deliver HSE Training as
  

required.

• Ensure robust injury managementprocess, establish relationships with preferred medicalproviders
  

and ensureprocess is known and understood by all Supervisors and Employees.Ensure contractor injury management adequate.

• Establish and manage rehabilitationneeds and return to work programs, including ongoing consultationwith occupational rehabilitation services provider and treatingdoctor of injured employee and the monitoring and ongoing reviewand evaluation of injured employee.
• Establishand maintain statistical data concerning all matters of HSE.Highlight trends for future action and monitor and prepare regularreports of the business area's performance. Ensure thatthe right information gets to the decisionmakers.
