Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience as a medical sales representative in Qatar, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar healthcare market, including regulatory requirements and industry dynamics.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Qatar as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare equipment to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities across Qatar.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits, meetings, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals, demonstrating the features, benefits, and proper use of the products.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor insights.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards governing the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and healthcare equipment in Qatar.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase products and build brand awareness.
