- Performfinancialanalysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Performmonth-end accounting activities such as reconciliations andjournalentries
- Coordinate with finance team tocompleteassigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Evaluatecomputerized accounting systems and provide recommendationsto ITteam for performance improvements
- Generatefinancialreports and statements to Managers for review
- Analyzefinancial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues anddeterminebudget variances and report the same to management.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in atimelyfashion.
- Provide guidance to other Accountantswhenneeded.
- Assist in budget preparation andexpensemanagement activities for assigned accounts
- Assist inauditing activities by providing necessary informationandpreparing requested documentations.
- Monitor andrecordfinancial transactions according to company policiesandregulations.
- Review and recommend changes toexistingaccounting procedures
- Maximizes the hotel cashflowperformance through controlling the disbursements.
- Enforces documents and establishes the adequate control systemforall expenses for assets protection and ensure that control willnotaffect the guest service
