Environmental, Safety & Training , SafetyEngineeringExperience : 8 + YearsEducation : Bachelors/3-5 yrDegreeEmployment Type : Full Time Salaried EmployeeLocation : Doha,Qatar As the successful candidate, you will have the requisiteknowledge, skills, and experience to: Conduct fieldinspections/reviews to assess compliance to company andinternational codes and standards, identify safety concerns,formulate solutions, and develop practical and cost-effectivecorrective actions.
Identify, evaluate, recommend actions, andfollow up on critical, yet universal safety tasks and controlmethodologies related to operational safety practices (e.g., workat height, isolation/LOTO, permit to work, hydrogen sulfide,confined space entry, excavations).
Participate in safetystudies/activities using risk assessment and mitigationmethodologies, such as:PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incidentinvestigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys. Respondto emergency situations and incidents, either during or afterregular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.
Participate in worksite contractor safety management activities(e.g., contractor selection and prequalification, monitoring ofwork site compliance, and measurement of performance).
Support thereporting, classification and investigation all incidents, andparticipating in incident investigations, determination of rootcauses, and proper recommendations to prevent recurrence.
