About Us:

We are a high-end restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatar and expanding soon to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant who is fluent in Arabic and has a background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our finance team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and lead the monthend and yearend closing processes, including reconciliations and financial audits.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including operations and procurement, to streamline processes and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in restaurant and hospitality accounting.

Requirements:


  • Arabic Speaker
  • Must have at least 5 years experience as accountant in any GCC country
  • Has at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant in the restaurant or hospitality industry
:


  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Pay:
QAR8, QAR10,000.00 per month
