Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
Design and modify electrical systems to meet specifications
Follow safety procedures and regulations related to electrical work
Interpret technical diagrams and schematics
Communicate with other departments and team members regarding electrical projects and issues
Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and performance
Keep accurate records of all electrical work performed
Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technology to improve processes
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in electrical systems and equipment

Requirements:

Having 23 Years of Experience in manufacturing / industrial field companies.
Proficiency in programming Siemens PLC Systems-S7, TIA software (Siemens PLC S7200/300/400, TIA V13/V14/V15)
Strong knowledge of special Siemens PLC programming techniques and best practices.
Experience with Siemens Drive Software-STARTDRIVE, STARTER, Setup, Configuration, and troubleshooting (G110,120, V20 Drives)
Programming knowledge in developing and maintaining the SIEMENS HMI system using SMART, WINCC, and TIA software. (SMART, KTP and TP Comfort HMI)
Strong Knowledge and usage of Communication Protocol (Modbus, RS232, RS485, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, etc.)
Handson experience in implementing and optimizing cable industryspecific automation solutions in the process.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical and automation systems issues.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to electrical installations and maintenance.
Strong problemsolving abilities to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancement in Siemens technology.
