The Hair Stylist accountable for ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional hair cutting, colouring and styling. To offer clients various treatments, hair straightening and creative hair styles. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare in accordance with Diva lounge spa's standards of excellence

  • Provide a level of service that exceeds all clients expectations by completing all services consistently following Diva lounge standards, including time allocated and salon set up,
  • Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner
  • Hair stylist must complete client's consultation before each service.
  • Ensure the salon is kept clean and tidy according to spa checklist and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor status of all equipment and notify the supervisor if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the log book. I.e. fixtures missing, etc.
  • Restock professional products in designated treatment room to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times
  • Ensure opening and expiry dates are recorded on all products
  • Ensure effective liaison between hair stylist and spa receptionists
  • Act in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Provide first class hair services not limited to:
  • Blow dry / blow dry curly hair
  • Wavy retro style
  • Cutting
  • Colouring
  • Highlights/low lights
  • Restyling
  • Hair up styling
  • Straightening
  • Hair treatments
  • Colour removal
  • Hair extensions
  • Provide home care recommendation
  • Promote the sales of products within diva lounge spa and meet specified set service targets
  • Cooperate with spa reception in order to ensure guest receives excellent service
  • Clean and prepare equipment before and after each client and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the hair salon at all times to Covid 19 Standards
  • Participate in ongoing training within or outside the spa
  • Respect instructions given by the management concerning usage of products and amenities
  • Keep up to date with all current activities and promotions within diva lounge spa
  • Help in ongoing promotions and assist in services, product sales
  • Ensure diva lounge spa standards of service and facilities are met at all times
  • Assist with inventory when required
  • Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
  • Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
  • Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments.
  • Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
  • Having detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.
  • Develops positive working relationships at all levels.
  • Physical mobility (able to stand on feet for a prolonged period of time)
Carry out other tasks assigned by your supervisors.


Pay:
QAR5, QAR7,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
