• Oversee and guide teams withairborne electronic hardware devices in development of airbornesystems.
• Provide either showing of complianceor finding of compliance roles in accordance with FAA regulationsassociated with AEH development.
• Providedirection to suppliers to improve their performance to contractualrequirements (quality, delivery, cost, technical, safety,communication, etc.).
• Lead audits and designreviews.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities;assist suppliers in implementing risk mitigationplans.
• Work with internal and externalresources, utilizing tools, processes and methods to enhancesupplier performance to meet customer and programrequirements.
• Establish and maintainrelationships with suppliers and supply chain personnel.
