StrongBox Functional Fitness is Qatar's original group fitness training company founded over 10 years ago and leading the way ever since. As we expand to new locations we are recruiting an operations manager with a background in sales and marketing to oversee the group.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing sales leads, developing and executing marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service to members, developing CRM systems for member retention, analysing performance metrics and reporting to group management and providing training and support to sales and operational staff.

• Proven sales track record and experience in sales management
• CRM experience
• Operational management experience
• Marketing experience and familiarity with social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
