    ON THE SELL SIDE:

    • Execute sales of equipment financeloans and leases, predominantly in the mid-and, but also smallticket size range
    • Review sell-side transactiondata, prepare Information Memorandums and documentpackages
    • Develop and applyoriginate-to-distribute syndication strategies (e.g., where maximumrecommended exposures are reached) to drive revenue and meet profittargets
    • Finalize transaction documents and leadthe closing process working with documentation/legal,operations/portfolio management and other relevantunits
    • Conduct market sounding and advise onpricing to market, provide marketability opinion for creditapprovals and regular updates on market and investorappetite
    • Further develop our sell-side loan andlease syndications strategy, processes, deal flow automation anddocumentation for the U.S. and Canada to enhance our distributioncapabilities
