Responsibilities:

Prepare and Send Quotations: Generate and dispatch quotations for gym equipment and sports goods to clients promptly and accurately.

Coordinate with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers to obtain necessary information for quotations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of quotations and client interactions to ensure seamless communication and efficient follow-ups.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, or in a similar administrative role within a wholesales department.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to handle documentation and correspondence effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to departmental goals.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of gym equipment and sports goods is advantageous, though not mandatory.
Salary:
QAR4,000.00 per month
