Job summary
Carryout HSE activities among construction section such as follow-up routine safety training for all staff and contractors ensure healthiness of used PPE for staff and contractors follow induction safety training for visitors and delegates housekeeping and hygiene follow HSE various certifications and renewals Conduct safety induction courses to CONTRACTOR employees for Work permit Confine space entry Lockout tag out & Try Procedures Participate in coordinate with CLIENT focal persons for the weekly TBTs Follow standard safety rules regulations influence other provide consulting services if required Follow CLIENT reporting system incidents/accidents action plan with all stakeholders Conduct frequent toolbox meetings Resolve any issues gaps related Contractor Safety Management program Contribute identification opportunities continuous improvement systems processes practices increase productivity operational efficiency Participate HSE Policy audits PTW audits L T T audits Annual Compliance verification audits Ensure compliance relevant quality health safety environmental management procedures controls within defined area activity guarantee employee safety compliance delivery high-quality products/service responsible environmental attitude Prepare timely accurate inventory control records statements Preparation specific reports upon request Internal Procurement Supply Chain Inventory Warehouse engineers discuss project material requirements External Contractors Vendors Suppliers Consultants Service Providers Local customer representatives Minimum Qualifications Graduate High School diploma in HSE Proficiency English communications Speak Read Write Able write express complex ideas instructions procedures Safety Certification internationally recognized body OR certification Safety Professional internationally recognized body Minimum Work Experience years work experience as Safety Coordinator petrochemical plant Understand follow plant safety standards procedures Be familiar petrochemical plant hazards
