• Verify figures, postings, and documents to ensure accurate entry,mathematical precision, and proper coding.
• Maintain anorganized and secure system for all files, records, cash, and cashequivalents, following established policies and procedures.
• Record, store, access, and analyze financial informationusing computerized systems.
• Create and maintain accurateelectronic spreadsheets to manage financial and accounting dataeffectively.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical andfinancial data, utilizing journals, ledgers, and computer software.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute various financialreports and tables, including statistical, accounting, auditing,and payroll reports.
• Execute month-end closingprocedures and generate associated reports as per companyguidelines.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills,invoices, and account statements in accordance with companypolicies and procedures

• Proven experiencein a similar role or relevant educational background in accountingor finance.
• Strong proficiency in numerical accuracy andattention to detail.
• Familiarity with accountingsoftware and electronic spreadsheets.
• Excellentorganizational and time management skills.
• Effectivecommunication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
