Responsibilities

• Identifying Venture, Talent andProfessional Services organizations who Deel should formpartnerships with and building successful partnerships with them
• Closing, managing and enabling partners to successfullyrefer clients to Deel or resell on behalf of Deel
• Nurturing partnerships beyond launch, until they can bestrategically managed
• Ideating, launching and optimizingco-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations todrive channel referral growth
• Identifying additionalopportunities with fintech partners, including integrations andproduct partnerships Requirements
• Able to get stuffdone. Not afraid to get your hands dirty to deliver what is needed.

Bonus points if you have completed partnership deals andnegotiations in a related or regulated industry in the past.

• Experience of building business relationships withfinancial institutions, and dealing with risk/compliance teamswithin these institutions.
• An analytical thinker. Youhave the ability to figure out the ideal operational and commercialprocess with every new channel / partner
• Excellent atmanaging external relationships (founders and executives)
• Happy to work independently and self-motivator
• Able to pay attention to details with great resilienceto achieve goals
• Willing to help others achieve theirgoals (a team player)
• Passionate about transforming theremote hiring and payroll industry
• Must be native orfluent in Mandarin and English
• You have an understandingof Venture Capital and the Asia technology investment landscape
• You are adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and afast-paced environment
• You are an active relationshipbuilder and who can collaborate with internal and external teams toconsistently improve processes and communicationworkflows
