- Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field
- 6 minimum years' experience in analysing functional software applications and IT project management, preferably, out of which at least 1 years with insurance applications.
- PMP is a must, ITIL is a plus, and other related certificates
- Strong in IT Governance
- Excellent Business and system analysis skills
- Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCM
- Solid HTML skills; familiarity with programming languages
