About Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing strategies for Global Business Services, MIS and Supplier Relationship Management.

You will be analysing and developing strong strategy and interacting with senior management to ensure the best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements.

providing Financial Analysis and reporting to ensure optimal allocation of resources and value added and meaningful analysis and reporting for the Finance Management.

You will be managing a team of specialists leasing them towards achieving set goads and objectives which ensuring compliance and high professional standards are maintained.


We need your experience to act as coach, mentor, change agent and an expert in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics.


Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement automation and digital solutions to remove low value manual activities and improve control automation and process efficiencies
  • Ensure delivery of financial and non financial tangible benefits to the company
  • Support the implementation of a disruptive and comprehensive GBS Performance Excellence plan by coordinating the successful delivery of projects.
  • Support the implementation of Service Level Agreements, Operating Leven Agreements and internal service standards
  • Implement an effective Service Delivery Model and stakeholder management framework.
  • Introduce continuous improvement projects to implement high quality processes built to scale and flex driving down cost and improving service.
  • Deliver insights and analytics that support better decision making and drive an enhanced service experience
  • Support the implementation of GBS Service lines including Finance, HR, Procurement, Commercial and Cargo

Qualifications:


Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum of 8 years of job related experience OR Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 9 years of job related experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Belt and Project Management qualification
  • Strong leadership and business performance mindset with outstanding capabilities of negotiation and influence.
  • Hands on experience in both strategic and operational activities and managing ambiguity.
  • Proven track record in Process Improvement and Performance Excellence
  • Experience in organization transformations
  • International work experience
  • Exposure to Digital solutions and tools
  • Experience in driving performance and change
