Furnishing Projects Coordinator / FF&E" for our Interior design Fit-out Company.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Use creativity to turn the interior space into a well-designed and functional space.
  • Find furniture, fixtures, and equipment suitable to the client's preference.
  • Outline client's design objectives.
  • Conceptualize and assist with material selection.
  • Create 'mood boards' to sample the design vision.
  • Select furniture, materials, décor and finishes while keeping within the budget.
  • Create a timeline for updating the database for FF&E in order to follow the latest trends ad prices of the local market.
  • Site visits whenever needed to have a better visualization for the placing of furniture and fixtures.
  • Prepare and revise BOQs.
  • Contact needed suppliers to get quotations for the furnishing implementation.

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:

  • Extensive experience in FF&E field / Interior designing, material selection, and furniture layout.
  • Previous experience in Furnishing projects.
  • Knowledge of international brands (Italian, Portuguese, etc.
  • Major in Interior Design or relevant study, specializing in furnishing.

Knowledge of handling the below scope:
a. Loose furniture

b. Curtains

c. Carpets

d. Lighting

e. Artworks

f. Miscellaneous & Accessories


  • Excellent communication skills, especially with regards to client and supplier relationship.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic language.
  • Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid transferable Qatar ID.
