ESTIMATOR / QS / PROCUREMENT

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 9 years of experience in the construction industry (Interior and exterior).
Have a strong expertise and a broad understanding of pricing within the contracting industry (Wooden works, Gyps, Marble, Paints, Glass...) in Qatar.
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities,
Ensures that commitments are made within the budgeted amounts.
Provide a timely supply of the goods or services to meet scheduled demands.
Make sound decisions under pressure, and work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

Operates ethically, with honesty and integrity.

Ability to rapidly learn new systems and procedures.

Must be living in QATAR

Willing to join immediately.
