• The Estimation Manager will carryout tendering process and pricing of new projects being tenderedand interprets the commercial requirements and risks associatedwith Contracts, corresponding drawings and specificationsassociated with each project.

• Review proposal specifications, drawings and attend pre-bidmeetings to determine scope of work and required contents ofestimate.
• Review and incorporate historicaldata from purchase orders, subcontracts, and productivity analysisreports into unit and man hour figures.
• Provide complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimatinginput on complex projects.
• Provide technicalsupport to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assignedbids.
• Track awarded contracts as requiredwhich may include estimating/pricing extra work items, changeorders; procuring materials, preparing subcontracts,etc.
