Job Summary

Ensures contract personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified, certified and licensed as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Major Job Activities

• Provides cost, schedule, and technical performance guidance to ensure successful completion of program objectives in the Security and Information system.
• Coordinates with ASG-QA Leadership and QBOSS Leadership.
• Oversees the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures, and programs.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.
• Provide resources to maintain all security and information systems
• Coordinate and prioritize all security tasks including but NOT limited to; Vindicator
• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and cameras, Pelco CCTV & IP Video Cameras, Security Management Systems, and Video Management Systems.
• Ensure all replies to inquiries from the government conducted in a timely and professional manner
• Provide oversight on all system troubleshooting, programming and service including but not limited to; Programming, repairing, or replacing cameras, installing or programming Video recorders & Video Management Systems (VMS) including software initial set up, training and software upgrades.
• Provide oversight on all system troubleshooting, programming and service including but not limited to; AFN systems and Colored Vehicle Undercarriage Scanning System (CVUSS).
• Provide weekly reports to all government COR who are responsible for IT and Security Systems.
• Be available for occasional off-hour emergency service calls and the on-call schedule if assigned.
• Ensure accountability of all equipment and parts in all areas. Ensure that there are processes in place to issue computers and accessories.
• Ensure there is an inventory control plan established to issue, maintain, and receive AFN decoder boxes.

Material & Equipment Directly Used

Computer, phone, basic office supplies/equipment and vehicle.

Working Environment

This position works both indoors. Should expect to work in conditions of extreme heat and extreme dust (i.e. - dust storms, humidity, etc). Normal work week is 48 hours (6 days a week, 8 hours a day). Must be willing to work additional hours when mission requires. Must be on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Physical Activities

• Normal standing, sitting bending in an office environment.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Minmumu QualificationEducation/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Security Systems; One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Must be able to obtain certifications in security and IT systems as designated by Program Manager.Experience

• Must possess at least five years senior management. Preferred background in military installation base security and IT systems management.
• Requires a complete knowledge of the methods, techniques and equipment necessary for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance for Security and IT systems and AFN systems.
• Must be able to supervise and manage the activities of multi-national and culturally diverse work force.
