In this role, you would be responsible for food delivery between operation and production as per the flight departure timing, and monitor the load increases and make sure that the information goes to production department on time for smooth production plan.

To achieve success in this role you will need to:

  • Be accountable to coordinate with Assembly department for the flight load increases to ensure that the item from the kitchen section is being prepared and hand over on time.
  • Collects the food from the Kitchen section and handover to Assembly department with proper documentation to make sure appropriate number of items have been received.
  • To inform all the instructions given by senior kitchen coordinator and pass the necessary information to Production department on time for smooth operation.
  • Distribute all meals to Operations department according to batch wise requirements and quantity as per delivery timings to avoid any delay.
  • Make sure that all meals are in accordance to airline menu specifications and standards.
  • To have a full understanding of the functional administration of the kitchen and maintain a detailed knowledge of the full menu cycles, uplift, sectors, equipment and flight details.

Qualifications:


  • High School / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably to have prior experience inflight catering either in Operations or Production department
  • Good computer skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
