We are looking for an experienced Travel Agency Manager to take over the lead of our travel agency.


You will be responsible for the daily operations of the agency and manage a small yet dedicated team of passionate travel experts.

Together with the team, you will take our agency to the next level.

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent management and communication skills. Your mindset is strategic and analytical, as well as both sales and customer-driven. You know what our customers want and how to best sell it to them. Your organised and structured way of working further ensure our processes are optimised for maximum efficiency and, ultimately, profitability.

  • Lebanon Nationality can Apply
  • Degree in Management, Business Studies, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience running a travel agency or store and managing a team
  • Highly analytical and strategic mindset
  • Incredibly organised and structured in your working
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate and present store progress to our board of directors
  • Expert at sales and a strong negotiator
  • Good working knowledge of marketing techniques is highly preferred; you need to find ways to market our business better

Salary:
QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
