    Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

    Location: Doha, Qatar, 5-star hotel

    About the Role:

    As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for all Human Resources training related activities. This includes learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and other team-based activities.

    You will report to the Human Resources Director and be accountable for the following key responsibilities:

    1. Develop annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.
    2. Maintain and conduct learning and development reviews with each department.
    3. Collaborate with departments to deliver training programs and organizational leadership development interventions.
    4. Support departments in developing cutting-edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities.
    5. Enhance individual and team development, career development, and experience-based learning.
    6. Induct, coach, and mentor new Team Members.
    7. Manage department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
    8. Align current training and development programs with business objectives.
    9. Design specific training to improve service performance.

    Requirements:

    • Effective communication skills to communicate on all levels.
    • Dynamic and confident individual with ability to work in a team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
    • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
    • Good time management and prioritizing skills.
