Knowledge & Qualification:

EDUCATION:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

BACKGROUND: Experience as an Electrical Technician in the maintenance, erection, and testing of different kinds of Electric Motors up to 6.

6KV voltage level in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 2 years at Sr. Technician I level.

Power Cable disconnection and Connection
SPECIAL SKILLS: Good knowledge of using a variety of electrical tools and equipment such as measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.

Good knowledge of troubleshooting and reading electrical diagrams/schematics for different kinds of motor control.

Good knowledge of English, both written and oral. A good understanding of Electrical standards is essential.EXPERIENCE: 5 years
Role & Responsibilities:
Independently carry out all assigned activities for maintenance and testing of different kinds of electric motors up to 6.6KV voltage level, to meet quality targets and focus on meeting quality of all jobs carried out are completed properly and safely to closeout prior to energize after TA jobs.
Reporting functions/Test reports and Checklists to Contractor's Electrical Supervisor
Leadership qualities to Independently do any electrical jobs in the Plant in an effective & efficient manner to achieve the desired company /divisional objectives and implement good Electrical Safety standards. Continuous/Partial/Closeout Supervision may be required.
