Hands-on experience with Combustion, Plasma and HVOF.

Prepare, operate, and maintain all specialist tools and equipment required for HVOF coating.

Prepare and clean surfaces for coating by degreasing or baking to remove contamination

Proficient with the use of coating systems including HVOF and Plasma processes.

Operates blasting equipment to clean and prepare the surface of materials and components.

Be able to coat products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for coat thickness and measure to verify.

Set up and operate various types of manual or robotic spray systems to apply coatings to parts.
