Skills & Knowledge
Must know operating, monitor, and maintain Audio Visual Systems, as well as troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs. Strong knowledge of Telecommunications, video conferencing, PA systems, Web-conferencing platform (Webex, MS Team, Skype, Zoom etc.), Video wall, LED wall installations and trouble shooting


Qualifications
Must have completed BE / Degree / Diploma


Certification
Extron, Crestron, AMX, Atlona, Logitech, Barco, Shure, Bose, Sennheiser


Personal Attributes

  • Experience in working with various AV brands.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the AV systems.

  • Control Systems

  • Crestron, Extron, AMX, Atlona.
  • Basic programming awareness for the troubleshooting.
  • Basic awareness on network technology.
  • Provide immediate solutions and input for installation or connectivity failures associated with AV systems.
  • Experience in breakdown support for AV systems
  • Installation of audiovisual equipment such as projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, cabling.
  • Primary support for all Hands meetings, webcasts, and Telepresence calls.
  • Ability to lead AV system installations (Boardrooms, Classrooms, Conference Rooms)
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex systems and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CBS issues, optimize system performance, and minimize downtime.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
