Job Title:
Ecommerce Specialist (Oracle Commerce Cloud)

Duration:
Long term Salary: AED 12000 per month Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand businessrequirements and objectives for ecommerce initiatives. 2.Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)platform to support ecommerce operations and activities. 3. Designand implement ecommerce solutions, features, and functionalitiesusing OCC's native capabilities and customization tools. 4.Develop and manage product catalogues, pricing, promotions, andmerchandising strategies within the OCC platform. 5. Implement andoptimize ecommerce workflows, processes, and user journeys toenhance the customer shopping experience. 6. Integrate OCC platformwith third-party systems and services such as payment gateways,shipping providers, and marketing automation tools. 7. Monitor andanalyze ecommerce performance metrics, including traffic,conversion rates, and revenue, to identify areas for improvementand optimization. 8. Conduct A/B testing and usability testing toevaluate and refine ecommerce features, functionalities, and userinterfaces. 9. Provide training and support to internal teams onOCC platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.10. Stay updated on OCC platform updates, new features, andindustry trends, and provide recommendations for platformenhancements and improvements.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor'sdegree in Business Administration, Marketing, InformationTechnology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experiencein ecommerce management, preferably with expertise in OracleCommerce Cloud (OCC). 3. Proficiency in configuring and customizingOCC platform, including catalog management, pricing rules, andpromotion setup. 4. Strong understanding of ecommerce principles,best practices, and industry standards. 5. Experience withecommerce integrations, APIs, and web services, particularly withpayment gateways, shipping providers, and CRM systems. 6. Knowledgeof web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTfulAPIs. 7. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpretecommerce performance data and make data-driven decisions. 8.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 9.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously.
