15+ years of experience in piping & layout discipline with at least five years demonstrated lead engineering experience in major capital projects and MUST have at least executed one detailed design of an Offshore Compression Project

  • Experience with EPC contractors, subcontractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry
  • Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
  • Knowledgeable in International Codes & Standards
  • Provides visible safety leadership through active participation in the Compression Project Safety Program
  • Reviews the detailed design deliverables developed by the Contractor and verify compliance with company standards and company objectives. Understand and communicate the requirements of Company to Contractor
  • Efficiently translate Company requirements and data into an efficient delivery from the Contractor and verify compliance with Company requirements, standards, specifications and instructions
  • Manage the Contractor in the safe delivery of the detailed design scope of piping & layout components
  • Monitor the progress and delivery of the engineering sections of the work scope
