    Digital MarketingSpecialist

    We are looking for an experiencedand handson Digital Marketing Specialist with good understanding ofdigital marketing automation tools and software. Ideally from afurniture or luxury retail background you will be responsible forall aspects of digital marketing from the development of our annualdigital marketing plan its execution and daytoday oversight;including generating leads conducting market research and activelyengaging with the business to optimize the performance of ourdigital strategies to creating innovative promotions and ownershipof our social media and website. Youll be responsible for thedigital marketing budget and its ROI.

    Abachelors degree in marketing or a related field is an essentialrequirement or certificates in digital marketing and websitedevelopment/optimization. Candidates should be equipped withrealworld exercises practical assignments and handsonprojects.

    Summary:

    ADigital Marketer also known as a Digital Marketing Specialist isresponsible for devising marketing campaigns to maintain a brand.Marketing professionals perform market research strategize withother marketing professionals and create content for marketingcampaigns to maximize their effectiveness.

    Therange of digital channels the constant upgrade of digitaltechnology and the evolving strategies make the scope of digitalmarketing immense. Primarily a digital marketer is in charge of allthe digital channels and uses them to drive brand awareness andgenerate leads. That is to say a digital marketers roles andresponsibilities involve overseeing and development of the overallcontent strategy for an enterprise as well as marketingcampaigns.

    Digital marketer is also responsiblefrom designing marketing campaigns to maintaining and supplying theright content for a business campaign managing social mediaengagement and quantitative analysis of website traffic. Enhancingcreativity of marketing campaign as well as tech skills.

    Functions:

    • Developmarketing strategies that align with the organizations businessgoals.
    • Research competitors pricing andproducts.
    • Manage and execute campaigns acrossvarious digital channels including email social media searchengines and display advertising.
    • Measuredigital traffic.
    • Monitor social media andGoogle Analytics.
    • Optimize paid advertisingcampaigns using SEO and other tools.
    • Measureand report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns andassess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Monitorproject status and budget.
    • Conduct marketresearch and analyze trends to identify new opportunities andimprove campaign performance.
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including creative content and webdevelopment to produce engaging content and optimize userexperience.
    • Stay uptodate with emergingdigital marketing trends and technologies.

    Skills:

    • Bachelors degreein marketing communications or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in digital marketing or relatedfield.
    • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing channels including SEO PPC social media email marketingand display advertising.
    • Proficient inmarketing automation tools.
    • Excellentanalytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics).
    • Strong project managementskills.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Must haveproven work experience in Retail Industry.
    • Should be locally available in Qatar.
    • Must have a valid QID and able to provide NOC.
