• Handle all tax compliance matters and ensure that Nakilat and all related Joint Ventures are meeting both local and international requirements.
• Develop a matrix of all tax compliance needs for Nakilat entities, in coordination with the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager and external tax consultancy and filing services providers.
• Communicate tax planning, goals, risks, and priorities to senior management, and as required.
• Research and thoroughly monitor GTA, OECD and relevant global Tax announcements and anticipate its impact on Nakilat's Business and identify and agree on the appropriate actions.
• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve local and international tax issues; and provide recommendations to management as applicable.
