    We are looking for a SeniorEnterprise Architect to work out of Brussels with TheDirectorate-General for Research and Innovation of the EuropeanCommission.

    Descriptionoftasks:
    • Createbusiness architecture models that reflect the organizationsstrategies andgoals.
    • Integrate theproject and program strategies and ensure alignment with businessstrategies and drivers, and managementpriorities.
    • Identify ways to reducecosts in IT and businessleadership.
    • Evaluate systems fordiscrepancies orvulnerabilities.
    • Conduct research tofind ways to improveoperations.
    • Provide businessarchitecture and systems processingguidance.
    • Create and implement abusiness vision and multi-yearplan.
    • Manage the implementation ofinformation systems to meet identified business needs, acquiringand utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreedparameters of cost, timescales andquality.
    • Coordination of theimplementation of the businessrequirements.
    • Definition andanalysis of the businessrequirements.
    • Prepare and maintainproject and quality plans and track activities against theplan.
    • Assistance to the definitionof internal methodologies and applicationlifecycle.
    • Participation infunctional working groups, progress meetings and meetings with theusers.


    Requirements


    MustHave:
    • Atleast 5 years of experience with UML
    • At least 5 years of experience withBPMN
    • A MastersDegree
    • Knowledge of enterprisearchitecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman..., andactual experience developing and building models based on suchframeworks
    • Knowledgeof enterprise architecture tools such asARIS.
    • Experienced in businessanalysis.
    • Good knowledge of projectmanagement standards andmethodologies.
    • Excellent usage ofproject managementtools.
    • Goodknowledge of Service OrientedArchitecture.

    SelfAssessmentQuestions:

    Benefits

    • Location:Brussels/ Onsite - only 2 days per week in the office and the restfrom home.
    • Dailyrate: 450 EUR Gross/ Day - all inclusive with NET30payment
