About this role:


  • Design PAP Product Vision and Requirements Document detailed description of product technical requirements in accordance with Product Owners;
  • Drive teams (e.g., developers, UX/UI) regarding needs of product, priorities and timeline for deliverables, and solutions;
  • Drive the IS process for decision making / risk mitigation;
  • Track overall progress and make tradeoff decisions between content and timing for the use cases;
  • Responsible for daytoday coordination of backlog priorities;
  • Ensure timely and highquality PAP product launches according to original plans and expectations;
  • Drive technical training, change management and make sure adoption is successful across user base;

What you need to bring:


  • Expert on Agile methodologies and way of working;
  • Ability to document Digital requirements in 'unambiguous' manner;
  • Excellent technical knowhow to quickly identify solutions options and pro/cons;
  • Digital product / project management with all the stakeholders (e.g., COMPANY IS management, vendors).
