As a Talent and Culture Executive, you will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the co-ordination of onboarding/off boarding, Promotion/Transfer, manage payroll system, filing, welfare activities and administration. The role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture

Responsibilities

Onboarding/offboarding

• Follow-up of onboarding and off boarding and ensure all the process is completed successfully.
• Ensure all documents for clearance is submitted on time – roster, attendance completed as at last day, etc.
• Ensure Insurance are enrolled prior new joiners starts and deleted upon leaving the country.
• Assist employees when conducting exit interviews.
